You've been let down by pillows before — so we don't ask you to trust us, we ask you to try us. Sleep on Sevra™ for 101 nights. If you're not waking up better, send it back for a full refund. No forms, no hassle, no questions — and returns are free.
How long does shipping take?
We process your order within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 6 days, depending on your location. Every package ships with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
Shipping is free on every order. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you — we deliver across Europe and beyond.
How do I return my pillow?
Easy. Within your 101-night trial, just reach out to our team and we'll arrange a free return and a full refund — no forms to fill in and no questions asked.
Will the pillow arrive flat?
No. Sevra™ is compressed for shipping and returns to its full shape within a few minutes of unpacking. Just leave it out in the open air (without the cover) and it regains its full density on its own.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Enter it on our “Track my order” page to see exactly where your Sevra™ is.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and depend on your local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible for paying them.

Is the pillow firm or soft?
Sevra™ is designed to offer the ideal balance between firmness and comfort. Its high-density memory foam provides optimal neck support while naturally adapting to the contours of your head and neck.
Is it suitable for all sleeping positions?
Yes. Whether you sleep on your back, side, or even your stomach, Sevra™ adapts to your position thanks to its ergonomic design, helping maintain proper spinal alignment in every posture.
How long before I notice an improvement?
Many users feel the first effects from the very first night: deeper sleep, less neck tension, and a lighter wake-up. An adaptation period of 3 to 7 days is normal, and noticeable improvement is typically seen within one to two weeks.
Does the pillow come with a cover, and is it washable?
Yes. Sevra™ comes with a soft, breathable, hypoallergenic cover. It's removable and machine washable at 30°C, so it's easy to keep clean. Extra pillowcases tailored to its shape are available on our website.
What is it made of, and what are the dimensions?
Sevra™ is made from high-quality, OEKO-TEX® certified memory foam — hypoallergenic and free from harmful chemicals. It measures 60 x 40 x 14 cm, designed to support the natural curve of your neck.
