Returns & Refunds

Please note: Returns are not free of charge. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 101 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must include all original parts, components, and packaging
  • Products must show normal use only
  • Items must be cleaned before returning (for hygiene reasons)
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately after delivery
  • Returns are reviewed within 7 business days after receipt

We reserve the right to refuse returns if products appear excessively used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to Return

  1. Send an email to: info@somnera-sleep.com
  2. Include the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo (if item is damaged)
    • Your full name and address

After approval, you will receive the correct return address. Do not send returns to the original sender address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

Orders are processed automatically, which means they cannot be cancelled once shipped. If your order is already on its way, please wait until delivery and then return it.

Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us via email with a clear statement.

The withdrawal is complete once we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Orders in Transit

Orders may be shipped from international warehouses in Asia. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

You may inform us in advance if you plan to return your order. For faster processing, please share your return shipment confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Note: Delivery costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
